Joseph Manbeck

Captain Joseph Manbeck has been in the fire and EMS service for approximately 24 years. Joseph started as a Junior Firefighter in the Village of Cadiz at 15 years old. Joseph has served in all Officer positions including Fire Chief at the Short Creek Fire District for five (5) years. Joseph was an integral part of starting the first fire district in Jefferson County. Joseph brings a young and proactive approach to our agency facilitating Chief Yoho’s missions.
